Robots would do a much better job relating to humans. Robots could not do a better job abusing humans, even if they were programmed specifically. This place is terrible. Their mobile crisis unit came to my house while I was in a bad spot mentally and in the middle of a break up. They told my ex that I was saying he tricked me into doing things and was nothing but a liar but when I talked to them they denied eber telling him anything but I know they had to have told him stuff because the conversation they referred to happened when my ex wasn't around. When I confronted them on this they said that never happened and said hes a liar. Do NOT trust these people. Especially Sid and Cheryl.

When you have to visit with the counselor to have your meds refilled, then they schedule a meeting at the same time as your appointment. Now you have to wait for over a week to have your meds refilled even though you don't have enough. They really don't care that if you don't take them, you have withdrawals. It seems they don't really take their jobs or their patients needs seriously.

I am on week two of using Weber Human Services for my mental health. Here is why I’m leaving a 5 star review. Yes, the scheduling isn’t ideal, it took me two calls at 8 am to get an appointment but they were able to get me in because I was persistent. You might not get in on your first try, but call first thing in the morning for the best chance. There are a lot of people that need these services and they can’t accommodate everyone, everyday. That aside, I completed my intake last week, and had my appointment today to develop a treatment plan for PTSD and GAD. I have seen two therapists before WHS, and this time around I feel heard and understood when it comes to my symptoms. My psychiatrist is amazing and I find myself excited to go back. I see a lot of negative reviews and it made me hesitant to go but I have Medicaid and had no other choice. I’m glad I went because I actually feel like this is the light at the end of the tunnel. The staff are very nice and patient, the facility could use an upgrade but that’s easily overlooked when you’re being taken care of with kindness and compassion. I appreciate the folks at WHS and feel they deserve a boost in review ratings.
